Coterie offers a warm, intimate space for any small gathering or event…dinners, weddings, birthdays, showers or meetings. Our space comfortably seats up to 56 people. 

With stylish design, wooden tables, + customizable layouts, we help create the perfect atmosphere for your special occasion.

When you book with us, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks—including alcohol. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older. We provide a designated area for food and beverage setup, complete with a sink + refrigerator for your convenience. (Fridge is not shown in pic but its next to large sink.)

Want us to handle the whole event for you? We’ve got you covered! Just tell us how hands-on (or hands-off) you want to be. Either way, we’ll take care of the cleanup.

We offer a few extra services for an additional fee, including:
Beverage service (coffee, water, lemonade + cups)
Sheet pan dessert bars (48 bars/pan)
Plates, cutlery + napkins
Table centerpieces
Standing pub tables

Coterie Rental Rates
Hourly Rates:
Weekday Events (Mon–Thurs): $100/hour
Weekend Events (Fri–Sun): $150/hour
*Peak Season: **$250/hour

All-Day Rates:
Weekday Events (Mon–Thurs): $600
Weekend Events (Fri–Sun): $900
*Peak Season: **$1300

* Peak Season is Nov 20–Jan 7 + May 15–June 7.

Most events book for about 3–4 hours, typically with 1 (sometimes 2) hours for setup, + the rest for the actual event. You're welcome to choose the amount of time that works best for your needs. We do have a 3-hour minimum for all bookings.
If you're planning to book for 5–6 hours or more, our all-day rate is a better value + worth considering.

To reserve your date, we require a $100 deposit, which will be applied to your rental total. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation. If something comes up + you need to change the date, we're happy to reschedule if availability allows.

The sooner you book, the better—some people reserve their dates 6 months in advance or more! I’m happy to go over availability + help you find a date that works.
